Thanks John for being an amazing DJ at our wedding! From the planning meeting to the music, to the actual day where you played all the favourite songs on our playlist and had all our guests up dancing. Particularly love our mix cd’s as they remind us of the day all over again! Once again thanks for everything we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and so did our guests.
We had such an amazing wedding day, and you played a huge part in it. In the run up to the big day, in amongst all the stress and panic, you were so calm and accommodating and supportive. Not once did we have to worry about the evening reception, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that, especially when everything else seemed to be falling apart! Selecting and sending you the music couldn’t have been easier. We were slightly worried that we’d chosen some random items for inclusion but this didn’t faze you at all and we were thrilled to be able to get everything we requested.
Catching up the day before was really helpful, and I’m so grateful you put in the call as we were able to run over everything and confirm that everything was indeed under control! On the day itself, you were totally on it and such good company to be around. You put us and our guests completely at ease and it was quite simply fantastic fun. The dance floor was never empty; the DJ booth and lighting looked spectacular in the settings; and there wasn’t one single technical hitch. Our guests were so complimentary about you, and we’ve passed on your details a couple of times!
We were introduced to Mighty Fine Events by The Zetter events team and it was a great recommendation. David, our DJ, was a great friendly presence on the day. Very relaxed, professional and cordial, we and our guests had a wonderful time. Organising songs we wanted played and the mood of the evening was stress-free and lots of fun. Thanks to Mighty Fine and to David for helping make our special day that much better!
Our wedding was a great day, and you did a cracking job. I can’t believe I missed my parents dancing for about the only time ever [gold award to you for that alone – i heard about it, even if I didn’t see it]. Everyone loved it. There were lots of good dance floor memories, to all sorts of different tracks. Thanks so much for catering to the wide varieties of tastes, it was massively appreciated.

One of the best decisions we made during our wedding preparations was to hire Mighty Fine Events to DJ at our wedding. An absolute delight to deal with, extremely helpful and on the night created a brilliant atmosphere and a full dance floor all night long.. everyone commented on how great the night was, we all got to make our requests beforehand using their great request system so everyone was happy. It was like having your best mate on the decks! Thanks Mighty Fine Events. You are the best of the best.
When looking for a wedding DJ, I emailed several companies that I found on the internet, with one of them being Mark from Mighty Fine. The only one who replied with a personal email (rather than an automated reply or standard response) was Mark. Straight away this gave me a positive feeling and when Mark came to our home to discuss our specific requirements this was reinforced further. Mark communicated throughout the whole process and was ever the professional. And when it came to the day itself, I cannot fault the service provided. The disco was brilliant, included everything that we asked for, had everyone dancing all night and gave us the perfect end to a day we will never forget. These thoughts were reiterated by all of our guests too. Mark and Mighty Fine are worth every penny, without question – thank you.
Mark at Mighty Fine Events did a fantastic job at our wedding. He’s incredibly professional and has a tremendous instinct for choosing the right tracks at the right time. Everyone loved him and the dance floor was packed all night!
Mark provided a great service before the wedding too, with endless options & advice on everything from song selection to lighting. We had no worries whatsoever that he wouldn’t do a great job for us – it was nice to have that piece of mind for such a major part of the wedding day.
I would only hire Mark in future if we ever need a DJ for a large event. Highest praise!!
Mighty Fine Events were recommended to me by our wedding party venue (King’s Place in London) and I’m so happy we decided to go with them. From start to finish, Mark was extremely professional, helpful and friendly and I felt completely relaxed knowing the music and entertainment was safe in their hands.
This was particularly important as we were organising the wedding party in less than 4 months, and from the other side of the world!
Having a chance to meet beforehand for a long chat was great and my husband and I both LOVED the online playlist builder – hours of fun for us and our guests! Choosing the music on their very easy to use website ended up being my favourite part of wedding organisation!
They made sure everything ran so smoothly on the night and I knew I didn’t need to worry about lights and music at all, as it was safely under control. They were also very accommodating to guests, playing all the tracks they asked for and responding to the mood of the night with plenty of Bollywood hits for Indian guests!
If I ever have another party in London, there’s no doubt at all I’d be calling upon Might Fine – and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone organising a wedding or party.

Everyone has said what a fantastic time they had and that there was music for everyone. The set up was fantastic, and the lighting really made the room come alive. We can’t thank you enough for staying later and making the evening so entertaining. Thank you for giving us the playlists at the end of the evening, we have listened to them all again twice over, a really nice touch!!
The meetings we had pre-wedding were great, and you really understood what music we liked which was reflected on the evening. The website was good and the communication the week before the wedding gave us great confidence in you.

Mighty Fine wholly deserve their reputation, they are an absolutely awesome addition to any wedding or event and an absolute delight to work with. We knew we were on to a good thing when we first met and he called our wedding ‘a party’..and a party it was! People literally could not leave the dance floor and the planning, set up, lights, glitter balls and even lasers brought a smile to everyone’s faces. These guys are proper DJs who know what they are doing and run a fantastic business. Huge thanks for making our wedding day so much fun.
We’re so happy we booked Mighty Fine for our wedding evening entertainment as Mark truly rocked our dancefloor and had everyone boogying all night! With a mixture of our pre-chosen favourites and his crowd-pleasers, Mark got the balance just right and knew when to play the right songs to keep the evening going. He’s also a great compere and host, keeping the chat to a minimum but making key announcements for us. Mark goes that extra mile to ensure everything from the song choices, to the lighting is perfect; thinking of things we didn’t, to make everything personalised and looking fab. From our first consultation, I knew we were in safe hands! Everyone said how awesome the DJ was and as a Wedding Planner and Bride, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mighty Fine Events to anyone and everyone!

Despite engaging Mark’s services with less than two weeks to the big day, Mark took the time to meet my fiancé and me, face to face and to visit our chosen wedding venue prior to the event. We loved the online tools that enable us to create our wedding playlist. We were also happy to leave all the visuals in Mark’s capable hands, knowing that he would make the very best of our chosen dance space.
The service covered all we wanted and everything we had not even considered. We were completely reassured before the wedding and thrilled by the final result, even beyond the strains of our final dance.

Mark was the consummate professional from the first moment we were in contact with him. He understood what we wanted to do and was extremely helpful in working with us to achieve that. He was always available in the lead up to the wedding to promptly answer any questions and even raise a few of his own. We hadn’t even thought about things like dedications or last songs and so he was a brilliant guide. The website tool where you were able to select what songs you did (and didn’t!) want played was very accessible and easy to use, especially the suggestions section.
All of our guests had such a fantastic time and said what a good mix of music it was, there was something for everyone. The dance floor was packed from start to finish and I respect Mark even more for managing to locate and play ‘Ready to Rumble’ within 5 minutes of it being requested!
We would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter the occasion.
