Jak is a classically trained guitarist with a wealth of experience performing and touring, as both a solo artist and as part of jazz ensembles.

A dynamic and versatile musician, Jak brings energy, enthusiasm and charisma to his shows and knows exactly how to read a crowd. Not only does Jak perform as a solo guitarist, but also as part of a classical and jazz guitar duo and as the lead guitarist in the acclaimed rock band, Kingskin, who were voted the best unsigned band by KERRANG! Jak is also available to book as a guitarist with a vocalist, as well as with saxophone.

Jak was also a student of The Academy of Contemporary Music and has been taught by some of the world’s best guitarists including Guthrie Govan (Dizzy Rascal, Asia), Pete Friesan (Alice Cooper) and Dave Kilminster (Roger Waters). His studio work involves collaborations with producers such as Steve Albini (Nirvana, PJ Harvey, Pixies), George Shilling (Blur, Oceon Colour Scene, Primal Scream) and Tim Turan (Ramones, Marilyn Manson).

With such expansive knowledge and experience, it’s no wonder Jak is in great demand!
