On the night, our team manages those transitions proactively — coordinating with your event manager, your venue team and any other suppliers involved to ensure every moment flows exactly as planned.
For corporate events, we recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for December dates and end-of-financial-year events which are in very high demand. For larger productions requiring significant planning, three to six months in advance is a sensible lead time. That said, we do sometimes have availability at shorter notice for straightforward briefs, so it is always worth getting in touch
