How do you mix the music?

Mighty Fine Events have a team of multi award-winning DJs who can mix, read and play to a diverse crowd. We are constantly analysing the energy of the dancefloor and using our experience, programming the music to match (as well as influence) the natural ebb and flow each event has.

Will I get the music I want?

It’s your party and we are here to play the music you love. Once booked we will provide you with access to your own personal playlist builder on our website, which enables you to quickly and easily build a list of requests for your DJ to play on the night. If you need further guidance with regards to song options then we are more than happy to help wherever we can. We actively encourage you to compile a playlist that encompasses the age, sex and cultural/religious demographics of the guests.

How do you dress for an event?

All DJs will be dressed smartly for your occasion, shirt and tie unless otherwise specified.

Can we visit you at a performance?

At Mighty Fine Events we maintain a respectful attitude to our clients at all times and therefore wouldn’t feel it appropriate for prospective clients to attend a strangers’ wedding. Will you talk over the microphone during my event?

We do not talk unnecessarily on the microphone but will happily make any announcements you require. We take training in hosting, presentation and microphone techniques so our DJs are very capable of being your MC/Host for the day too.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured and have Public Liability Insurance for £10M (often required by venues before we’re even allowed to set foot in the door)

Absolutely, we always recommend a no obligation video meeting with your DJ before booking! We want you to know that you are in safe hands and that Mighty Fine Events are the right company for your wedding/party/event.
