Photo Booth Hire

Four kinds of booth, with an attendant on it all night.

Four colourful photo booths are lined up side by side, each featuring a unique circus or retro theme, red curtains, and decorative signage inviting users to Step Right Up and enjoy a charming photo booth experience.

Photo Booth Hire for Weddings, Parties and Events

We hire four different photo booths, and which one suits you depends more on the room than on the budget.

Every one of them comes with an attendant who stays for the duration, which is the difference between a booth that runs all night and one that jams at nine with nobody to fix it.

The four booths

The enclosed booth is the traditional one, with a shell and a curtain. People get inside, and the best photographs come from inside, because nobody is watching.

The Magic Mirror is a full-length mirror that photographs guests as they stand in front of it, with the screen guiding them through it. Everyone fits in, which an enclosed booth cannot manage, and it reads as furniture rather than as hired equipment. There is more on the Magic Mirror page.

The 360 booth is a raised platform with a camera arm that spins around you, producing short video clips rather than stills. It needs more floor space and more height than the others, and it reliably draws a crowd.

The selfie pod is open-air and freestanding, with no shell at all. It takes up the least room, so it works where space is tight.

A Union Jack photo booth stands at the end of a red carpet, flanked by silver posts and red ropes, creating a colourful and inviting indoor photo booth experience.

What comes as standard

An attendant stays with the booth for the whole hire.

Prints are unlimited on the night, so guests take as many as they like rather than counting them. There is a props box. Afterwards we send you the full set of images, including everything that never got printed.

A curved black photo booth with red curtains stands open on a wooden floor in a room with dark wood panelling. Soft lighting highlights the inviting photo booth, with a sign above the entrance.

Weddings

Most of our booths go into weddings, and most of those are at venues where the booth has to look like it belongs. That tends to rule the 360 out of a panelled dining room, and rule the Magic Mirror into it.

We will tell you which one fits your room. If you are already booking a DJ or a dance floor with us, we coordinate the booth alongside them so you are not managing two suppliers.

Three people dressed in fancy dress - police, sailor, and feather boa - pose and smile inside a photo booth decorated with British flag colours. One person holds a trophy as the lively photo booth stands partially open, revealing them.

Corporate events and parties

At corporate events the booth usually earns its place as a branded surface rather than as entertainment. The print border can carry your logo, and the Magic Mirror screen can be skinned to match, so what guests take home carries your brand rather than ours.

Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties and everything in between take whichever booth fits the room. Most of our work is in London and the South East, though we cover a good deal further than that. Tell us your venue.

Three people pose and smile as if in a photo booth in front of a Brit Awards 2017 backdrop; two men wear hats and suits, while the woman in the centre wears a black dress and blue hat.

Booking a photo booth

Most people book a booth alongside a DJ or a dance floor, and we handle the coordination between them. You can also book one on its own.

Tell us the venue and date, plus rough guest numbers, and we will tell you which booth fits the room and what it costs.

Photo booth hire questions

What kinds of photo booth do you hire?

Four. An enclosed booth with a shell and curtain, a Magic Mirror, a 360 spinning platform, and an open-air selfie pod. Which one suits you usually comes down to the room rather than the budget.

Is an attendant included?

Yes, on every booth and for the whole hire. They keep it running, help guests use it, and deal with anything that goes wrong on the night rather than leaving it to you.

Are prints unlimited?

Yes. Guests print as many as they like through the evening rather than working to a set number.

Do we get the photographs afterwards?

Yes. We send you the full set of images after the event, including the ones nobody printed on the night.

What is a 360 photo booth?

A raised platform with a camera arm that spins around whoever is standing on it, producing a short video clip rather than a still. It needs more floor space and more height than the other booths.

What is a selfie pod?

An open-air booth with no shell around it, so it stands freely in the room. It takes up the least space of the four and suits rooms where a full booth would not fit.

Can the prints be branded for a corporate event?

Yes. We can add a logo to the print border, skin the Magic Mirror screen, and set up a custom start screen. The prints guests take home carry your branding rather than ours.

How much space does a photo booth need?

It depends which booth. The selfie pod needs the least. An enclosed booth or a Magic Mirror wants somewhere around two and a half to three metres square. The 360 needs about three metres square and a clear wall behind it. All of them want a metre or two in front for people to queue, and a standard socket within reach. We confirm exact dimensions for the booth you choose once we know the room.

Can I hire a photo booth without booking a DJ?

Yes. Most people add a booth to a DJ or dance floor booking and let us coordinate the two, but it is not a condition.
