Lillibrooke Manor
Barn Wedding Venue in Berkshire

Lillibrooke Manor & Barns sits in fifteen acres of Berkshire countryside on the edge of Maidenhead, a Grade II listed estate whose origins run back to the 14th century. The manor was built around 1490, and there is still a priest hole hidden inside it. For one day the whole place is yours.
We’re an approved and recommended supplier here, and have been for over a decade. Well over a hundred weddings in, we know this venue about as well as we know any.
The Great Barn is one of the largest Grade II listed barns in the South East, and it is where every party ends up. It holds 220 guests, or 170 seated, with the bar in the same space.
The floor is worth knowing about. There’s no fitted dance floor, just a very good wooden one, and for most couples that is exactly right. A barn of that age has a sound and a warmth to it that no purpose-built room gets near.
Outside, the cloister courtyard and the gardens carry the daytime, and there’s room to spread out between the ceremony and the evening.
We bring everything. Sound, lighting, the lot, all our own kit and set up for the room rather than dropped in from a template.
If you want a floor laid in the main barn we can bring one, and if you’d like uplighting through the barn’s timbers we can do that too. Both are additions to the DJ setup, quoted with everything else. Neither is necessary. Plenty of couples here have neither and the room still does the work.
The day belongs to you, and everything we do follows from that.
You’ll get an online request system for your music, where tracks are marked must play, play if possible, or do not play. You can also build your own list with our Request List Builder. There’s a planning sheet, and we speak to the Lillibrooke team the week before to cross-check timings against theirs.
On the night, a DJ who reads the room and stays out of the way. No microphone chatter. Mark has been doing this for over forty years and judges at The Wedding Industry Awards.
Lillibrooke suits DJ Live particularly well. A saxophonist or percussionist playing over the decks fills a barn in a way a speaker alone does not.
For the daytime we can bring a string quartet or a harpist, and for something your guests won’t expect, magicians, caricaturists and roaming performers. All of it books through us, so you deal with one supplier.
Lillibrooke is two miles from Maidenhead station and around forty minutes from central London, which makes it unusually easy to reach for a countryside venue.
Most couples come to us twelve to eighteen months out, though we can often help at shorter notice. Pricing is tailored to your day, so tell us your date, rough guest numbers and the kind of evening you have in mind.
If you’re planning more widely across the county, our Wedding DJ Berkshire page covers the rest.
