We cannot recommend Mark and Mighty Fine Events more for their music offerings. Mark DJ’d our October wedding at The Princess of Wales pub in Primrose Hill and he went above and beyond to help us plan the day, put our minds at ease, and help deliver magical moments — including my dance with my dad which is one of the most special memories from the day. The dancefloor for our wedding was a very tight space, but Mark set up a professional DJ deck and delivered excellent sound and lighting with no complaints. Thank you so much, Mark! Hopefully we can find another excuse to hire you again soon!
I cannot praise Mark and his team of artists and DJs enough for a fantastic wedding party. Throughout the whole process Mark was attentive, professional and enthusiastic. He also made everything feel special and personal to us. After our first consultation we were sold — it was clear from the get go how passionate Mark was about music and the quality of service he prides himself and his team on. Music wise we were fairly prescriptive of the songs and genres we wanted on our big day and it was great to get Mark and our DJ Kraig on board — they understood the vision and totally delivered. As well as a DJ, we also hired one of the many talented artists on the Mighty Fine Events roster: Beth, an amazing saxophonist to get our guests loosened up before the DJ set. Beth was great — super friendly, approachable and talented on the sax! On the day Kraig was so much fun, he was friendly and enthusiastic and our guests loved him for his energy and keeping the dance floor full all night. I cannot recommend Mighty Fine Events enough. You won’t regret it.
Mark was a great help throughout the wedding process — providing guidance on various aspects of the celebration, the running order, and of course, most importantly, the music itself! Thanks a lot for working with our view of what we wanted and helping us adapt beforehand and on the evening to ensure the party was one for the ages. Thanks also for coordinating the fabulous Brenda on the harp, which was such a lovely addition to the day. Thank you!
We were absolutely thrilled with the entertainment provided by Mark from Mighty Fine Events at our wedding. From start to finish, Mark was incredibly detailed and thoughtful in helping us shape the perfect evening. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, ensuring every box was ticked and that we felt confident going into the night. His music choices were spot-on — there wasn’t a single moment when the dance floor was empty! The energy suited every guest perfectly. We also had the amazing Anna Kirby performing live saxophone alongside the DJ set (organised through Mighty Fine Events), which added a whole extra layer of atmosphere and excitement. Mark and Anna created an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. We couldn’t recommend Mighty Fine Events more highly!
We had the most incredible day, and I have to say, David was the star of the show and the MVP in our opinion! We’d been a bit concerned because there was a lot of rain on the day, and we’d planned to have a lot of the first part of the wedding outside. We ended up having to make a last-minute change to our intended plan and go with our wet weather contingency, which was still great but more than a little stressful! What really made the day go from a bit of a shame to something completely unforgettable was David’s set after dinner. The dance floor was filled from start to finish, and EVERYONE kept saying what fun they were having, and what great music was being played. A particular highlight was when my aunt came to say goodbye at around 10pm as she had a long drive home, only for David and his music to completely change her mind within seconds, and for her to stay until the bitter end!! I cannot thank you both enough for making our day as special as it was, and rest assured if there are any events that require a DJ in the future, I will be coming straight to you guys!
We couldn’t recommend Mark and Mighty Fine Events enough! From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The planning process was made so easy thanks to discussions with Mark, the excellent online portal, and he went above and beyond by visiting our venue beforehand to perfect the lighting which looked incredible on the night. On the day itself, Mark was unbelievable. He kept the dance floor full all night, read the crowd perfectly, and brought such a great energy. Many of our guests have commented how good the evening was. He even matched our black-tie dress code which was a classy touch that didn’t go unnoticed. If you want a DJ who makes everything stress-free, delivers on every promise, and creates a party atmosphere, Mark is the one.
We knew from the moment that we spoke to Mark that he would do a fantastic job for our wedding. In the run up to the wedding Mark’s communication was excellent. He responded quickly and the communication was clear and organised. We felt the pressure was lifted from us as Mark walked us through the evening beforehand and then on the day everything felt like it ran like clockwork. We had lots of compliments on the music Mark played at the wedding and the excitement he helped to generate during key moments in the night. He put together a lovely mix of an acoustic song into the original version which worked very well for our first dance and he also juggled some of our more niche requests during the set too. Wow, what an incredible evening we had on our wedding day. Mark, you were absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, Mark was fantastic with communication and ensured our playlist was suited and tailored to us. He talked through timings, how we wanted to be introduced during our cake cutting and first dance and honestly kept the dance floor in full swing the whole evening. He stuck to our playlist perfectly but also managed to blend the songs seamlessly, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. He read the crowd so well and made sure there was something for everyone’s taste. We danced the evening away and ended on such a high with our final songs — it could not have been more perfect! If you’re looking for a phenomenal DJ, Mark is definitely the one!
Mark did a fantastic job on the day getting and keeping everyone on the dancefloor for our wedding. From the beginning stages of planning he was keen to work with us and take into account the needs and requests of ourselves and our guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mark to serve you well.

We just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for helping make our wedding such a truly special occasion. While the day flew by — and we wish we’d had more time to smell the flowers, enjoy another slice of cake, dance a little longer, and soak in all the beautiful classical music — what we did experience, along with the wonderful stories shared by our guests, made it clear: it was nothing short of magical. It was both a joy and an honour to celebrate our marriage in such a stunning location and in such a beautiful country.
DJ Mark was great to work with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made the whole process really easy and stress-free. He was approachable, responsive, and happy to accommodate all our requests. His song selection system made it easy for us to ensure all our favourite songs were played. The dance floor was full all night, and everyone had a wonderful time, dancing right up until the last song!
We want to say a huge thank you to Mighty Fine Events for how incredible the lighting looked at our wedding. It really helped everything come together and make our day look so magical and personal. From start to finish they were so easy to speak to and so knowledgeable about what would work at our venue. We never felt pushed into buying extras or deviating from what we wanted. Everything was installed professionally and collected discretely at the end which meant we didn’t have to worry about the logistics of how and when the lighting would arrive or be returned. It really meant we could relax about our special day. The price was also extremely reasonable without compromising on quality, which is always a big concern when paying for a wedding! We cannot recommend Mighty Fine enough for your wedding or party. We’re so glad we chose them for ours.

Mark was excellent from booking until the end of the wedding day. He is thorough, organised and nothing is too much trouble. His experience in the DJ and wedding industry shines through and he frequently offered to help with anything we needed, in addition to the DJ service. We had some trouble with our venue and Mark arrived early to check everything was ok and was happy to step in and help behind the scenes if needed. Mark gave us options to add recommendations, must play and do not play suggestions to our playlist. The set up and set down was professional and quick, and Mark ensured that the evening flowed by organising the cake cutting, first dance, music throughout the night and ensuring all guests were there for the last song! Excellent service and value for money, thank you! Our guests enjoyed dancing the night away.
Mark has done a spectacular job on our evening entertainment. From the online client portal, to all the finer details during the day; such as setting up an iPod and providing it to the venue for the morning ceremony, selection of playlists to choose from, and the disco ball & dance floor, it was all so perfect and so well organised. Would HIGHLY recommend Mighty Fine Events without a doubt!
Mark DJ’d our wedding in London recently and was absolutely fantastic. In the lead up to the day he left no stone unturned, arranging calls with us to ensure he knew exactly what our vibe was. While we provided him a small number of songs we wanted him to play on the day, the process did not feel too formal and he left plenty of room for surprise and put his own spin on loads of classics. All our guests were so complimentary about the party and atmosphere that Mark created, and that was backed up by an absolutely packed dancefloor all night. We would book him again in a heartbeat.
A big thank you for everything you did for us and made the day and evening a wonderful time for everyone, from the planning to the music you downloaded for the wedding ceremony and up until you arrived which we thought was brilliant. The evening music flowed, the dance floor was filled with joy and laughter and the lighting was great; Mark was fantastic throughout, he made everything wonderful for our wedding day.
