We wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing lights and sound equipment on Saturday. The lights especially transformed the venue (both the Great Hall and the Undercroft rooms) and the service you provided was also to an excellent standard.
You have been a pleasure to work with and John was also very patient when he came to pick up the equipment at the end of the night.

From the initial booking through to the day before our wedding we were 100% confident that Mark would deliver everything we wanted from a DJ. What we didn’t expect was how much he exceeded our expectations and delivered the most amazing party atmosphere that suited our wedding perfectly. From the moment we mentioned that we got engaged at Glastonbury Mark totally got the vibe we were after from the eclectic set list through to the lighting and DJ setup it was non stop fun and in fact we were all so gutted when it ended! We wouldn’t hesitate booking Mark again in an instant if only we could find an excuse to get married and do it all over again!

We hired the team at Mighty Fine Events for our wedding at a small venue in Oxford. Right from the start to finish the level of service and attention to details was superb. Their website allows guests to pre -select any tracks that they may want to hear on the night. We were also given a good variety of lighting options for the event.
John our DJ played an excellent set as my wife and I have such a wide taste in music. The atmosphere and dance floor was truly set alight!
We would definitely hire them again for any future bashes. Can’t highly recommend them enough!
Mark and his team were fantastic from first contact and enquiry right to the last dance. Mark’s energy and passion for what he does makes him the best. He really knows how to feel the crowd and change the pace and style of music. Amazing wedding DJ. He had my wedding party dancing all night long! Plus he went out of his way to help us with arrival playlists and early delivery of love letters. Really couldn’t have done more to make our day perfect. Highly recommend him and his team!
We had such an amazing day and all our guests all said how much fun they had.. LOL – yeah we were still going strong till the small hours, we didn’t want the celebrations to end and yes I knew the garage set would get a warm reception.

Chris from Mighty Fine DJed at our 50th birthday party. We picked MFE because of good reviews and their professionalism. We loved the playlist facility on their website, and they were such a pleasure to deal with at every stage of the booking. Everyone had a fabulous time on the night largely because Chris created such a jumping dance floor! Even my sister’s husband, who wasn’t convinced we even needed a DJ, admitted it was worth every penny and that he was excellent! The real testament was our guests begging Chris to keep on going when the last track ended!
We’d definitely recommend him, and Mighty Fine, to anyone needing a DJ. Thank you all so much again for a wonderful night and fabulous memories.

John from Mighty Fine DJs was outstanding. He provided a seamless service from start to finish. We were able to select the tracks we wanted and were confident that he could deliver. From initial contact to on the day, John made us feel at ease. John thought of everything and helped us structure our music choices. Not only that, he went above and beyond what was expected for a DJ. He liaised with different people, from the band to the venue and was proactively involved in ensuring that everything went smoothly. John was very personable and created a great atmosphere.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful day we both had, and the party in the evening was fantastic. We were worried that we did not have enough people at the wedding to make enough of a party atmosphere, but we needn’t have worried, as you made sure that the party was in full swing and enjoyed by everyone all through the evening – and the photos of a full dance floor all night long prove that!

Both Jack & Mark at Mighty Fine did such a superb job for us for our wedding, they both really listened to everything we wanted and were so attentive from start to finish. The playlist builder is brilliant, and at the reception Jack was faultless. He was super smart, arrived in really good time and the music was fabulous for everyone!! All of the lighting options were great too and took all the hassle away, and the LED dance floor looked amazing. Such polished attention to detail! Everyone is saying what a great party and it’s thanks to Jack & Mighty Fine! Would HIGHLY recommend without doubt.

Thank you so much again for the wedding dj’ing! We felt the whole evening went fantastically and that the entire service you provided from start to finish was brilliant.
You got all the key details and ensured that our playlist was well on its way all the while ensuring that the day remained focused on us and fitting into all of our plans. We had a great catch up the week before the wedding where we ran through everything to make sure all went ok and a quiet reminder to us to add a few more songs to the playlist was very important!
The day was then absolutely brilliant with the way you were already set up and ready to go on our arrival, a few hours before the music started, to the help you gave setting up the speaker & mike for the speeches and doing our entrance song, it was all fantastically done with the added bonus of plenty of cheer and some great comments whilst behind the decks. We loved the playlist and both Jess and I as well as all of our guests had a great time dancing the evening away whilst you managed the songs and ensured all ran smoothly.
It all ended far too soon as we would have kept boogieing for hours if we could but it was a great last song and ended the evening perfectly. All in all, a wonderful day and a great service from yourself throughout the whole process. Whilst we didn’t see you liaising with the venue, it was clear that you were very professional and happy to help in this regard which is incredibly important when you have so many moving parts in the wedding.
All in all, we can’t thank you enough for such a fantastic and professional set, which also felt very intimate, and would heartily recommend you and Mighty Fine to any potential wedding out there.

Not only was the music fantastic but you also helped coordinate the events of the day. You even got the stubborn people to get up and dance in the end! After being so impressed with Mighty Fine Events at my daughter’s wedding, I decided to use them for my 60th Birthday celebrations and it was fantastic! Thank you Mark for all your help, and to Carl our DJ, you were brilliant and everyone loved the music and you were very friendly and kind to all.

Mighty Fine Events (MFE) is an incredible company that provided the full service for musical and lighting entertainment to our wedding. Mark from MFE initially took time out to meet us and run through the options and help us with decision making on the day. He took us through the lighting options and how to work the music builder on his website that just about had everything under the sun and if it wasn’t there then he would endeavour to find that song.
The lighting options were a mixture of video and pictures that really did help us with our decision making and the White lighting with blue and white DJ booth was awesome.
The music builder was incredibly well organised with everything broken down into genre and top wedding tracks. The music builder also incorporated a structure for picking songs or music themes for different points in the wedding such as music to be played during the wedding breakfast, cutting of the cake song, entrance songs, first dance songs etc… This we found very useful because the less decisions you have on the day, the more you enjoy yourselves on the day.
We then were given one final consultation with Mark to discuss the refining details of everything and this was great so we were all clear in our heads of when and how the music would be played and whether there was any special details unique to our wedding about sequencing and at what point in the song the moments should happen. For example, our first dance of our traditionally English wedding was La Vie en Roses by Louis Armstrong and it is tradition in French weddings for The father of the Bride to start the first dance and then to hand the bride to the groom at a particular point in the song. Mark new this was happening and announced it to the onlooking guests.
The music and lighting experience from Mark and MFE can be summed up by the fact that there was a constant crowd of people dancing like their was no tomorrow from start to finish and at no point did the numbers drop….that is the best testimonial and endorsement a DJ can have and made everyone happy. It’s great when you see that rare moment when all the generations dancing from 3 to 80 and everyone having fun…it brought tears of happiness to our eyes.
For all of the above we thank you MFE to the bottom of our hearts….we will never forget!!
We found Mighty Fine Events on the internet and chose them for our wedding because of positive feedback and we were delighted! Chris, our DJ took the trouble to come and see us at home several weeks before the event to properly understand what we were trying to achieve and his role on the day.
The communication throughout was efficient and personal. The Mighty Fine service is more than just a DJ! We held our wedding at home in the garden and Chris was there from the beginning sorting out the PA, liaising with the band , the caterers ,the celebrant and the photographer to help the day run smoothly- and it did!
When the time came for Chris to keep the party rolling he did just that. It was exactly as we hoped it would be and more!!
