Mighty Fine gave us exactly what we were looking for, were on time, were thoughtful, thorough and professional. We had to organise our wedding in the UK from Dubai, so their full-service online presence proved a fantastic tool. These are genuine guys with a genuine love of the job.
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks so much for a fab disco on Saturday. Despite the ridiculous heat we danced and laughed a lot, and you played a brilliant set that got the oldies and the young ones up so thanks. It’s been a pleasure dealing with MFE, you have a great set up with the website and such a professional attitude to getting all the arrangements made. We’d recommend you to anyone needing a wedding DJ.
The experience of dealing with you and Mighty Fine Events was very pleasurable and your attitude very professional. All the guests and ourselves had a great time and all in all it was a superb evening, to which you contributed wonderfully to the success of.
Mighty Fine Events are legends!! They completely made our event. The mix of music was perfect and they managed to cater for a very mixed group of people from old and young to Indian and English people. Mighty Fine managed to get everyone dancing. We didn’t really give a detailed detailed brief – we only gave them some ideas as to the kind of things we liked and pretty much left it to them to set the mood of the night and play to what the audience were reacting to.
If we had any other events I would most definitely use Mighty Fine Events again.

I couldn’t have been happier with Mark our wedding DJ. From the word go he was in touch with us to plan a meeting with a whole host of options that meant we could create the entertainment WE wanted. The website was extremely useful and enabled me to choose my type of music. On the day Mark was highly professional, quick to set up and had some brilliant equipment (sound and light) to really set the party off and the mixing was awesome. If I were having another wedding I would absolutely use him again – hopefully I won’t be getting married again so I’ll have to hope he takes 40th birthday party bookings! Outstanding.
Mark did a first-class job of providing the entertainment for our wedding reception, rounding off an excellent day for us and all of our guests. He produced a brilliant set based on a limited selection of tracks by us, and many of our guests have commented to us how much they enjoyed it. We would have hesitation in recommending him as a brilliant wedding DJ.
As my wife Sara and I live in Australia, my mother in law and sister in law had already chosen Mighty Fine as our wedding DJ’s. We knew they wouldn’t have chosen Mighty Fine without good reason and when we met them (about 2 weeks before the wedding) we weren’t disappointed.
They are warm, friendly and enthusiastic guy’s; the kind of people you want to be part of your big day. Theu’re not pushy, but calm, relaxed and just quietly confident in their abilities and experience. They have great ideas but are happy to let you direct them, not only in music selection but in the décor and lighting. In turn they gave us ideas and suggestions which we liked and went for. We especially liked how they asked if we would be happy for them to take requests on the night or to have a blanket ‘no’ policy. We went for the latter and they kept to their word! It was important for us to choose the music but to leave the order to them. They did this perfectly, playing the songs we had chosen, including some Persian music, and all at the perfect time. Once we’d had our first dance (we asked everyone to join us after 10 seconds, which they did, thankfully!), the dance floor stayed full for the rest of the night, full of smiling faces.
We would thoroughly recommend Mighty Fine. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with in the lead up to the day, and a consummate professional during. I think the most communication we had with them on the night were thumbs-up and beaming smiles and that’s what you want. We hope we’ll see them at future friends and family parties/weddings or, if we can’t make it back from Australia, just to know that they played for them and so we’ll be recommending him to everyone.

We hired Mighty Fine Events for our wedding. Mark is the ultimate party DJ. He was incredibly thorough, ensuring every last detail was agreed before the day itself.

Mark, you (& Mighty Fine Events) were excellent from start to finish, from our first chat at a wedding fair, through months of planning, to our wedding reception and even beyond! You really listened to our ideas and took time to get to know us and understand our dreams for our big day – and we were so impressed with the level of detail that you go into during the planning process and all the tools that you utilise along the way. At all times you were extremely professional and yet friendly and relaxed at the same time and on the day you played exactly the music we wanted all night and created a brilliant atmosphere! Thanks John for being an amazing DJ at our wedding! From the planning meeting to the music, to the actual day where you played all the favourite songs on our playlist and had all our guests up dancing. We had such an amazing wedding day, and you played a huge part in it. In the run up to the big day, in amongst all the stress and panic, you were so calm and accommodating and supportive. Not once did we have to worry about the evening reception, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that, especially when everything else seemed to be falling apart! Selecting and sending you the music couldn’t have been easier. We were slightly worried that we’d chosen some random items for inclusion but this didn’t faze you at all and we were thrilled to be able to get everything we requested.
Catching up the day before was really helpful, and I’m so grateful you put in the call as we were able to run over everything and confirm that everything was indeed under control! On the day itself, you were totally on it and such good company to be around. You put us and our guests completely at ease and it was quite simply fantastic fun. The dance floor was never empty; the DJ booth and lighting looked spectacular in the settings; and there wasn’t one single technical hitch. Our guests were so complimentary about you, and we’ve passed on your details a couple of times!
We were introduced to Mighty Fine Events by The Zetter events team and it was a great recommendation. David, our DJ, was a great friendly presence on the day. Very relaxed, professional and cordial, we and our guests had a wonderful time. Organising songs we wanted played and the mood of the evening was stress-free and lots of fun. Our wedding was a great day, and you did a cracking job. One of the best decisions we made during our wedding preparations was to hire Mighty Fine Events to DJ at our wedding. An absolute delight to deal with, extremely helpful and on the night created a brilliant atmosphere and a full dance floor all night long.. everyone commented on how great the night was, we all got to make our requests beforehand using their great request system so everyone was happy. It was like having your best mate on the decks! Thanks Mighty Fine Events. You are the best of the best.
When looking for a wedding DJ, I emailed several companies that I found on the internet, with one of them being Mark from Mighty Fine. The only one who replied with a personal email (rather than an automated reply or standard response) was Mark. Straight away this gave me a positive feeling and when Mark came to our home to discuss our specific requirements this was reinforced further. Mark communicated throughout the whole process and was ever the professional. And when it came to the day itself, I cannot fault the service provided. The disco was brilliant, included everything that we asked for, had everyone dancing all night and gave us the perfect end to a day we will never forget. These thoughts were reiterated by all of our guests too. Mark and Mighty Fine are worth every penny, without question – thank you.

Mighty Fine Events were recommended to me by our wedding party venue (King’s Place in London) and I’m so happy we decided to go with them. From start to finish, Mark was extremely professional, helpful and friendly and I felt completely relaxed knowing the music and entertainment was safe in their hands.
This was particularly important as we were organising the wedding party in less than 4 months, and from the other side of the world!
Having a chance to meet beforehand for a long chat was great and my husband and I both LOVED the online playlist builder – hours of fun for us and our guests! Choosing the music on their very easy to use website ended up being my favourite part of wedding organisation!
They made sure everything ran so smoothly on the night and I knew I didn’t need to worry about lights and music at all, as it was safely under control. They were also very accommodating to guests, playing all the tracks they asked for and responding to the mood of the night with plenty of Bollywood hits for Indian guests!
If I ever have another party in London, there’s no doubt at all I’d be calling upon Might Fine – and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone organising a wedding or party.
