We knew straight from the off that John was the right choice for our wedding. Throughout the whole process he was really helpful and accommodated all of our requests. On the night, the DJing was fantastic and John kept the crowd moving for the whole evening – even the oldies! We have had so many of our friends saying how fantastic John was on the evening. Not only is he a fantastic DJ and very professional, but a really nice guy who made us feel at ease at all times, elevating the atmosphere at the venue even higher with his permanent smile! We could not recommend John enough.
Both Jen and I want to say what an exceptional job you did, not just on the day itself but also in the planning – which made our lives so much easier at a very busy time. The lighting was spectacular as well, it really set off the venue, and again, without your guidance and expert eye it wouldn’t have looked nearly as good. The music was exactly what we wanted, and the party flowed exactly as you had predicted which meant it all went off perfectly – and you were right, people did comment about having a wedding DJ who could actually mix, which was excellent!
Mighty Fine was asked to provide the entertainment for one of our major social events. Mark from Mighty Fine has delivered excellent corporate event DJ services and all our attendees have expressed their positive feedback as a great success from this engagement!
We used Mighty Fine, DJ John specifically, for our wedding in April. He/they were awesome. It was exactly as it should be; everyone on the dance floor and the music changing and going with the flow of the crowd. We literally had to boot everyone off the dance floor at the end of the night. DJ John’s planning and prep for the wedding was also very professional, above and beyond what we expected. Their system of building the playlist online which you could add to over time coming up to the wedding also made the whole experience easy. The easiness of them setting up and bringing their own equipment and lighting etc. was also top notch. Thanks a million, our wedding would not have been half as fun without you.
From the first meeting with Mighty Fine we knew they were the right people to DJ at this very special occasion – my mother’s surpise 50th birthday party. They instinctively were aware of the music befitting of this event and its theme (Old Hollywood) and in fact was excellent in helping us map out how the event should play. On the night they were excellent from start to finish, beginning the evening with the big band, jazz numbers leading up to the finale blending a perfect mix of classics with the newer, taking note of the crowd in front of them. Moreover, they organised the surprise brilliantly at the start and their ability to coordinate the night behind the scenes was gratefully appreciated by the hosts. Excellent DJ’s whom I do not hesitate to recommend and will most definitely use again for future events.
Firstly a HUGE thanks to Mark and Mighty Fine for the amazing show he put on at our wedding, and all the help and support in the lead up and on the night itself. Mark was the perfect choice for our wedding from the moment we first met to the last song of the night. From producing a personalised mix for our first dance to creating a playlist to suit the range of musical tastes at the wedding nothing was too much hassle for him, and he worked tirelessly behind the scenes both on the night of the wedding, and in the lead up to the event to ensure everything ran perfectly. We couldn’t recommend Mark and Mighty Fine more highly!
Thank you for being our amazing wedding DJ. We knew as soon as we met you at a friend’s wedding that we wanted you to DJ for us! It was really important for us to be able to choose the music that was played and the online play list builder was brilliant! We had such an amazing wedding day and all the laser lights and DJ set up was incredible! You made us feel like our wedding was really special and the whole service from start to finish was so professional and friendly!

We having nothing but high praise for Mighty Fine Events! Our venue booked in Mighty Fine without much notice and they managed to accommodate our booking both professionally and efficiently given the time they had left. One of the great features that we found really useful is their on-line music database, which allows you to select the songs you want to have played on your wedding day and create a playlist on their website. It was great having them as our wedding DJ, they are brilliant at what they do and maintained a fun yet professional manner throughout the evening.
We would not hesitate to use Mighty Fine Events again and would recommend them to anyone looking to celebrate any occasion.

We were so impressed with the service we received from Mark at Mighty Fine Events! From our very first enquiry, through the planning stages and to the actual night we felt that we were in really good hands! Mark made us feel as if our wedding was the highlight of his year as he joined in the excitement and offered his help and advice. He was extremely professional but very friendly and approachable. We were so impressed with how he worked hard to make sure that the entertainment was personal to us. I’ve been involved in many weddings and have never come across a wedding DJ who was so dedicated in tailoring his service for the individual couple! His lighting systems helped to transform a potentially plain room, and were tasteful and fun. We liked the fact that we were able to choose the colour of the lights and the special effects that we wanted. Mark is obviously very experienced and was able to judge the mood of the dancers and use his knowledge and experience to keep the party going! I haven’t danced so much for a long time and we had such a fantastic night!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone planning a wedding or event.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Mark for the amazing entertainment he provided at our wedding! It was an eventful day due to the horrendous stormy weather! Despite this, Mark battled through the weather to make it to the venue with ample time to set up. The lighting and disco ball looked fantastic in the barn. Mark had followed our ideas and planning perfectly and really understood our wishes as a couple. The music was fantastic, providing us with some wonderful dancing photographs! What a fantastic evening. Thank you Mark!

Right from our first meeting Mark was hugely helpful- giving us useful tips for the day and providing loads of options for lighting and set up etc. Mark spent time understanding what we wanted and delivered it and more.

Thank you for providing the music for our special day. We had a great day and we like to think the play list + plenty of wine and beer provided a great party towards the end of the evening.
Whilst there were the ongoing challenges with the noise restrictor, we actually thought it lent it self to some classic comedy moments… the silent Mr Brightside was a highlight.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for playing an absolute blinder of a set on Saturday. From cheesy Britney Spears to the filthy break beats you got it spot on. You made the wedding so fun and we had so many compliments about both the music and the lighting downstairs. Now we totally understand why you’ve won so many awards!
