Mark, Thank you so much for making our wedding party so special – dealing with you has been completely stress free from start to finish and you don’t know how much we appreciate that. The music you played was perfect and I know everyone there had a great time dancing the night away – you even got my husband up on the dancefloor, which, believe me, is no mean feat! I will definitely be recommending you to friends!
From the moment we met Mark he was approachable, friendly and willing to make our wedding exactly as we wanted and required! His vast knowledge and experience in the industry ensured our guests had an incredible time. It was also reassuring for us to have someone we could rely on to help keep the programme for the evening together and to MC when we required. Hey Mark, You rock!!!! Amazing professional!! I just want to say a big thanks for the set you did for Dinara and I at our wedding reception. All of our guests were very impressed with your setup, lighting and music. Despite having the job of entertaining a mixture of guests from the UK, Russia and Europe with *massively* diverse musical tastes, you managed to keep the dancefloor jumping all evening – no mean feat! I really can’t speak highly enough of Mark and the professional way in which he dealt with the music arrangements for my 40th birthday party.
From the very first meeting (something Mark insists on doing to ensure both parties are coming from the same place), I knew I was in safe hands from his professional & friendly approach through to his extensive music knowledge.
Mark maintained excellent communication whilst also taking out any hassle from the evening by liaising directly with the venue on timings, arrangements etc, I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. He sent through playlist ideas in advance and amazed me with the sheer volume & variety of music at his disposal.
On the night, my party was a great success and I know Mark played a valuable role in this as so many people complimented the music and he tailored the music choices around various points of the evening to tie in with people arriving & chatting through to the end of the night when all the girls hit the dance floor for the killer tunes!
Mark really went out of his way to offer a truly personal service and was a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

From our first meeting with Mark we were confident that we would be having a day with lovely music and great night of dancing on our wedding day. Mark did not disappoint, he brilliantly crafted an evening that kept the dance floor full managing to including all our requests from Stevie Wonder to Pearl Jam. Mark has DJ’d for us twice now, once for our wedding and then for a birthday party. This man KNOWS his music – he has the skill to understand what you like and how to build it into an excellent night’s playlist. He can balance out your more obscure and eclectic choices into something that everyone can enjoy. I cannot recommend him enough and would not consider anyone else to DJ at future events. Plus, he’s lovely!

You were super accommodating with our requests (even with the more obscure songs that may have thrown other DJ’s) and helped us create the perfect ambiance and mood for our first dance! Choosing a DJ is not an easy task, it can make or break the party, so we were delighted that you came up trumps on the night, not only with the music but you were also pleasure to deal with! Very accommodating due to a few little mishaps that we had along the way!!!! We were all catered for on the dance floor and you managed the evening extremely well, thank you. Mark DJed at my 40th birthday party and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is friendly, professional and has a knack of knowing exactly which tune to play next to get the dance floor rocking and cheering! Before the night I sent Mark a list of my favourite tracks and even though they were very diverse, from rock to pop to classic house, he had every one I listed with him on the night. Mark judged the night really well, creating an atmosphere at the start where I could chat and catch up with all my mates and ending it with full-on tunes creating a packed dance floor and even a few people dancing on chairs!
Look no further, if your requirements include sophisticated DJ mixing, amazing assortment of tasteful lighting & decorations to jazz up the dance floor and most importantly someone with a great insight to music. We like to thank you again DJ Mark for organising our wonderful wedding dance party!
Hiring Mark as the DJ for our wedding was the best thing we could have done. He was brilliant from start to finish and we didn’t ever have to worry with him as the dj. From the start he made us feel really comfortable and the amount of time and effort he puts in to your big day is exceptional. He listens to everything you want and makes it happen. The dancefloor on the night was never empty and we had an amazing time. If I had more or his cards I’d be handing them out on a street corner he’s that good. He’s a lovely bloke and you couldn’t ask for better. Thanks Mark you really made our night fantastic!
We had a handful of absolute highlights on our wedding day (beyond the obvious) and it is easy to say that Mark was one of those. We actually thought he might be even before we got to the big day – his enthusiasm and professionalism from the moment we got in touch was both reassuring and great fun. Mark won’t tell you about this but there are quite literally only a few DJs who have worked at the level he has (just ask him about it – there’s some fun stories!). The great thing about that is that Mark really understands what a professional service sounds, looks and feels like. Mark took the time to understand the event, what sort of people would be there, what sort of music we didn’t want (as well as what we did) and having got a feel for it we let him create the playlist – and he nailed it. Had we wanted to be more involved in the playlist he has some great tools (such as an online selection tool) we could have used.
There were so many things Mark did beyond the call of duty (such as sending me the songs for a honeymoon playlist I built and videoing parts of the wedding so that we had footage we weren’t expecting of the party) that it would be easy to write a much longer testimonial for him. The one thing I will add is that if Mark offers to do lighting for you take him up on it – both because he created some of the best wedding lighting for our two rooms that we have seen (do not be thinking travelling DJ lighting!), and because he was significantly cheaper than the basic lighting we would have got from the lighting company!
Both my wife and I have worked in the creation of corporate events so we have reasonable knowledge of pulling together good events. We can’t recommend Mark enough – whatever your event is.
In short if you want someone who has been at the very top of their industry, will treat your event (whatever it is) as a special thing and not just another paid job, and will deliver an outstanding selection of music tailored to you and your guests then you quite literally should look no further.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark as a DJ for any function. He was superb for our wedding!! From first speaking to Mark it was clear that he really knew his music and takes great pride in the service he provides. He really went beyond what we expected from a DJ and even went to the effort of hunting down every single last rare tune we requested that didn’t already feature in his extensive collection.In the days leading up to the wedding, the music was the one thing we knew we didn’t have to worry about, and he really didn’t disappoint.
