David and I would just like to say a big thank you to you Mark, we had a wonderful day and couldn’t fault the Mighty Fine service and professionalism from start to finish. When we first met Mark we knew we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. From selecting playlists to giving us ideas on what makes a good party his advice was invaluable. And the fact that we could select the DJ booth style and colour and the fantastic lighting options made sure we got exactly as we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mighty Fine and are so pleased we made the right choice and our wedding party went off without a hitch!
We didn’t really get a chance to see you when we left, but thanks so much for putting on a great night for us and for letting Chris have a little mix haha. You were great and we both loved the music and all that you did to help us create a great set list and also making the wedding day run smoothly for us.

From the first moment we met Mark we were impressed – he was so attentive to what we wanted and made some suggestions to help us get the most out of the night. He even went into the detail of our order of events / evening food times to understand how the day/night would flow and how the music fitted into that!! He explained everything clearly, sent photos and videos of potential lighting and DJ box set ups so we could make an informed decision and we were so comfortable working with him. It’s so clear that this is his passion and we loved that this was put into our wedding.
On the night he was even more incredible – we even have photos of our friends DJing as well; everyone loved him and his attitude was brilliant – he interacted and became part of the evening. Thank you so much Mark, we’re so happy you agreed to be part of our day and part of our planning for it!
Mark from Mighty Fine Events is the resident wedding DJ at The Zetter, handling all our weddings and functions when required. He is a pleasure to work with and cannot do enough to make sure that every event is delivered to the highest possible standard for which we get great comments without fail. He is highly professional and reliable in his approach and has never let us (or our clients) down with his can-do attitude and comes very highly recommended.
Mark’s service is exceptional! He is such a natural – he knew just what we wanted; the right kind of music and ambience at the right time – his music and lighting really helped to make the evening. Mark’s energy and passion for what he does is so infectious – he was born to be a wedding DJ!!
We don’t have too much to say outside of “Thank You” for such an amazing night of music and dancing at our wedding. So many of our guests either a) said it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to or b) blacked out and remember nothing after too much booze; so good all around!!! The music was fantastic and the fact that you kept going after 3:00am is something we both appreciate so much!
From the first time we sat down with Mark to plan the music for our wedding breakfast and reception, he was the consumate professional every step of the way leading all the way up to the day of our wedding. He wanted to ensure that we had just the right mix of music and the right ambiance and mood for everyone to enjoy. And in a world where customer service is an afterthought, the customer service provided by Mark was second to none. We received so many compliments from our guests on how fantastic Mark was and how much they enjoyed the music and the lighting was. There was no detail that was overlooked by Mark. Absolutely a top notch professional. Thank you Mark for contributing mightely to our very magical day!
Just a quick note to say thank you to Mark. From start to finish his service was impeccable with huge attention to detail. He was flexible with how we did things, offering an online playlist builder, replying to all our emails promptly and helping us by making suggestions about what might work and what may not. He made the process easy for us. Before the evening reception started, Mark had set up with plenty of time to spare so there was no stress. In the evening, he worked the music to suit the guests perfectly. Lots of people dancing and lots commenting on the great music. He also seems to have every song you can think of – our guests had some fairly random requests and he catered for all of them! So thank you again Mark for making our evening truly special.

When we first contacted Mark for our wedding he had no hesitation in coming to our house to discuss how the evening would proceed and we felt under no pressure at all…the evening itself was great…Mark played all of the tracks that we picked plus added his own selection to really get the party going…the lighting was amazing and added to the atmosphere…we would definetly use Mark again for another special occasion.
This is a very belated thank you for all your efforts on our wedding day. We were so so happy with the music – so many of our friends and family have mentioned it was a great party with a brilliant fun and relaxed atmosphere, and the music played a huge part in this.
We felt you read the room really well and choose the perfect options for both our tastes, the mix of ages, and the mood of the night. We particularly appreciated what is now being called ‘The Irish Interlude’ – we mentioned that we’d like a few Irish songs played but you turned it into something bigger and as I’m sure you could tell on the night it went down really well with my relatives, plus some of Dan’s who joined in too! I can honestly say it was one of my favourite parts of the whole day!
If you are looking for a DJ for any occasion Mark is the guy. What sets him apart from all the others is that he takes a personal interest in the event (for us it was our wedding) and doesn’t just think about the music but the day as a whole and how he can work with others for example the photographer to ensure the lighting creates the best photos. The music was fantastic, Mark’s energy and enthusiasm was fantastic and he played a key role in creating our dream day. Finally, once the excitement of the wedding and honeymoon had died down he sent a surprise in the post which was so unexpected and thoughtful it made our day!!! (I won’t say what it is so it doesn’t ruin the surprise!) We highly recommend Mark and we can’t wait to have our next event so we can use him again.

My wife and I chose each supplier for our wedding and reception very carefully, as a result each element of our day was pretty much perfect the music was no exception. We met with Mark about a month prior to the big day to discuss our music tastes and the type of set up we were after. Doing this was really useful and Mark was incredibly easy to get along with and a very nice bloke. More importantly it was clear from the outset that he was highly experienced and a consummate professional. On the day of the wedding Mark was simply brilliant he played a variety of (very cool) chilled out music during the wedding breakfast and some more upbeat music in the evening. Mark read the crowd (very) well and ensured that the dance floor was packed until we left. Mighty Fine’s kit is state of the art and because they have a wide array of lights and DJ booths on the day the set up went very well with the venue. I would not hesitate to recommend Mighty Fine to my family or friends if they were in need of a DJ, the service was top notch. If you are thinking of booking a DJ I would call off the search and speak to Mighty Fine. Mark thanks again for your help on the day and for rounding off a perfect day for us – you’re a real star!
From the very beginning, Mark did his utmost to tailor his DJ services to us. This is not just a bloke who’ll turn up on the night and play what he wants to listen to, this is someone who wants to understand you, your guests and your wedding to pitch the music just right. He also brings along top of the range sound equipment and superb lighting to turn a civil ceremony venue into a place to party – we loved the mirror ball. What I thought might be just a bit of cheesy music with the odd drunk guest getting up to shuffle about morphed into a real piece of entertainment with a packed dance floor and even my dad busting some moves. I never expected that in a million years! I would highly recommend Mark. He’s friendly, down to earth, has great taste in music and really knows how to get a party started.
Mark is a fantastic DJ who played at our wedding and he kept the party going till the early morning hours. He played according to our musical preferences, which he discussed with us well in advance, was perceptive to what was happening on the dance-floor and flexible to the requests on the night. He did an excellent job bringing all our guests of many cultures and nationalities together to celebrate our special day. Thanks again!
Mark, Well what came we say except thank you so much for DJing at our wedding. You were fantastic, you judged the mood of the guests and kept the dancefloor filled all night. We’ve not jumped around to tunes like that for years. Some of our guests comments were: “the music has been brilliant all night – a great mixture”, “I think I’ve gone back to my clubbing days”, “best night ever”. The lighting was brilliant too and we loved that you played nearly all of our fave tunes. If anyone wants a DJ then you will be our top recommended choice to have. Whenever our next party is we will contacting you.
On behalf of Sharon and myself, I would just like to say a huge thank you for everything you did for us on our special day at Glenmore House. From the moment we made the booking with you , your professionalism and understanding of our requirements were second to none. As you are aware yourself, weddings can be a teeny bit stressful , however, we knew you had everything covered and it was one less thing to worry about. We also liked the fact that within a few songs you you got the vibe of the room and knew exactly what songs to play to keep the dancefloor filled and all our guests happy. We had nothing but praise from our guests who couldn’t talk highly enough of you. All we can say again is thank you for being part of our special day, and we wish you every success for the future!
We truly did have the best night’s entertainment EVER! A huge, super and massive thank you to you Mark. You are the best and we want to do it again and again and again but you only get married once. Bren and I were so pleased and surprised that you would travel all the way to North Wales for our wedding. We didn’t want or trust any other DJ, you really made our day even better than we could have imagined. You thought of everything and played something for everyone. We all really loved the music and danced all night. My only complaint is that it was over too soon. The pretty lights were amazing too, it all added to the happy, beautiful, upbeat atmosphere you created. You are a star and we love you. If you are having a party Mark is a must and worth every penny and more.
