Firstly a HUGE thanks to Mark and Mighty Fine for the amazing show he put on at our wedding, and all the help and support in the lead up and on the night itself. Mark was the perfect choice for our wedding from the moment we first met to the last song of the night. From producing a personalised mix for our first dance to creating a playlist to suit the range of musical tastes at the wedding nothing was too much hassle for him, and he worked tirelessly behind the scenes both on the night of the wedding, and in the lead up to the event to ensure everything ran perfectly. We couldn’t recommend Mark and Mighty Fine more highly!
Thank you for being our amazing wedding DJ. We knew as soon as we met you at a friend’s wedding that we wanted you to DJ for us! It was really important for us to be able to choose the music that was played and the online play list builder was brilliant! We had such an amazing wedding day and all the laser lights and DJ set up was incredible! You made us feel like our wedding was really special and the whole service from start to finish was so professional and friendly!

Kate said it best when she said you went ‘above and beyond’ in everything you did from start to finish and that it really felt like you were part of the team from the minute we met you. We were so impressed with the service we received from Mark at Mighty Fine Events! From our very first enquiry, through the planning stages and to the actual night we felt that we were in really good hands! Mark made us feel as if our wedding was the highlight of his year as he joined in the excitement and offered his help and advice. He was extremely professional but very friendly and approachable. We were so impressed with how he worked hard to make sure that the entertainment was personal to us. I’ve been involved in many weddings and have never come across a wedding DJ who was so dedicated in tailoring his service for the individual couple! His lighting systems helped to transform a potentially plain room, and were tasteful and fun. We liked the fact that we were able to choose the colour of the lights and the special effects that we wanted. Mark is obviously very experienced and was able to judge the mood of the dancers and use his knowledge and experience to keep the party going! I haven’t danced so much for a long time and we had such a fantastic night!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone planning a wedding or event.

People are still talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful the lighting was, especially the glitter ball! Just want to say a huge thank you to Mark for the amazing entertainment he provided at our wedding! It was an eventful day due to the horrendous stormy weather! Despite this, Mark battled through the weather to make it to the venue with ample time to set up. The lighting and disco ball looked fantastic in the barn. Mark had followed our ideas and planning perfectly and really understood our wishes as a couple. The music was fantastic, providing us with some wonderful dancing photographs! Right from our first meeting Mark was hugely helpful- giving us useful tips for the day and providing loads of options for lighting and set up etc. Mark spent time understanding what we wanted and delivered it and more.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for playing an absolute blinder of a set on Saturday. From cheesy Britney Spears to the filthy break beats you got it spot on. You made the wedding so fun and we had so many compliments about both the music and the lighting downstairs. Now we totally understand why you’ve won so many awards!

Mighty Fine Events and Mark in particular were so much more than just our wedding entertainment. From the moment we had our initial meeting we felt confident that we were in safe hands! The incredible service and expertise was second to none. Mark was able to offer reliable advice not only regarding the music, but lots of other aspects of the wedding entertainment that we had not even thought about. The online music selection tool was very easy to use and allowed us to create a great playlist that suited all guests at the wedding. The whole day was incredible and everyone had an amazing time which was only boosted in the evening when the music came on! First of all the mixing was seamless. This was a real big deal for me having attending weddings whereby the music has clanged dreadfully from track to track. We were totally blown away by the level of expertise from track selection and timing to execution of the mixes. We would 100% recommend Mighty Fine Events to any couples looking for a top of the range, professional DJ to play at the biggest day of their lives!
A HUGE thanks to you again for all your hard work for Anna and Luke’s Wedding on Saturday. The set up was very impressive and even better than we all imagined. It was a very happy day and Anna and Luke were thrilled with everything!

As a music technology company everyone loved being able to choose their own tunes through your playlist maker and how you kept the party going from start to finish while covering a wide range of music genres. Both Anna and I wanted to say a big thank you to Mark for DJing at our wedding at Glaziers Hall.
We realised when we first met Mark earlier in the year that he really cared about making our day special. It wasn’t just another job – this is something he enjoys and puts his heart and soul into. He listened to what we wanted – sophisticated, subtle lighting and the difference between pre and post first dance music.
On the day we were not disappointed. Mark’s kindness was again evident, and he knew how to read the mood of the audience: no mean feat seeing as it ranged from 2 to 74. So many people remarked how good he was at his job. It is no surprise that he has won the Wedding DJ of the year award and we think he deserves to win it again.

What can we say – you were the best! So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been to and you had a big hand in that. Everything was perfect, there were even pictures of your set up on Facebook the next day. You know how much people enjoyed themselves from the reactions and I’m sure the floor was full all the time, which is rare. Oh, and if you get bored with DJing, you could also be a wedding planner as you had more questions and thought of stuff, which even we hadn’t. Simply, if a couple don’t book you, they’ve made a mistake. Simple as that.
I really struggled with where to start when looking for a DJ. I turned to the Wedding Industry Awards website and when I realised you were local we wanted to meet with you.
Choosing and booking Mighty Fine was easy from start to finish. You provided easy and efficient correspondence. We felt like we were in capable, confident and experienced hands right away. We had a thorough first meeting, which allowed me to forget all about the music until the week before the wedding.
Mark set up on the day, a beautiful set with no fuss. Completely in-hand when we arrived at our reception and he read our crowd to a T.
Mighty Fine tailored our wedding to exactly what we wanted. A huge amount of music, lighting and help was on offer. Mark was a significant help on the day and a quote from one of our guests was “I need a soundtrack of your day”.
We choose Mark because of his extensive wedding DJ experience and professional attitude towards our big day right, from the first meeting. Boy did he deliver! The dance floor was alive and kicking all night long, and most importantly, guests of all ages were engaged. Top job Mark!

We were initially impressed by Mark’s reputation, professional pedigree and music knowledge. In the end, Mark surpassed what we were expecting. He went out of his way to source Kenyan and African music and delivered an evening that was enjoyed by everyone.
