Mark DJed our wedding in central London. He was friendly, attentive and professional from the very start and listened carefully to our ideas, understanding our ‘brief’ immediately. The website is really easy to use and we had fun creating our wedding playlist that Mark DJed superbly on the day. Lots of people said how great the music was and it felt very personal to us and our friends.
A huge thank you to Mark at Mighty Fine for absolute top notch service when it came to hiring light up letters and staging for our wedding. They were the best letters I have seen (some others are so thin and flimsy) and they honestly made our dance floor. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend the company to anyone. I only wish we had found them earlier so that we could have considered them for our entertainment too.
Thank you for all of your help leading up to and on the night. You were a real addition and helped massively with organizing everything.

We just got back to Canada yesterday and we finally have the chance to tell you how great you were on Saturday!
Everyone we have spoken to about the wedding said how great you were, and how you managed to blend two very different generations of dancers and get everyone on the floor. Your timing was perfect and it made the whole evening a great pleasure. In all honesty, many of the guests have said it was one of the best weddings they have been to and they all mentioned you as part of the reason why.
Beyond that you were extremely personable and professional, and we felt very reassured by you from the start. Honestly, we could not have been more pleased with the way you handled things and the way you treated us, you were really a pleasure to work with.
Both Will and I wanted to thank you so much for all the hard work you put in and the way you handled the ceremony, the drinks and the dancing.

We didn’t want the average typical wedding DJ and we were not disappointed as Mighty Fine Events do not provide your average typical wedding DJ.
Firstly we want to thank Mark for the awesome job on our wedding day.
From the beginning we read so many great testimonials from former clients of Mighty Fine that the reputation they had built up gave us no choice but to consider them for our wedding day.
From the first meeting there was no doubt that we wanted Mark as part of our “team”, a term which Mark himself used to describe the people who were to help us create the best day of our lives. We were blown away with the level of detail Mark puts into planning an event and he was asking about aspects of the day that hadn’t even crossed our minds. We felt so at ease that everything would be covered and we would be safe in the hands of Mighty Fine Events. We never met with or considered anyone else from that point.
The day went off really well and everyone enjoyed the evening’s entertainment, the decoration of the venue, and the atmosphere all of which was in part created by Mark with the music, up lighters, fairy lights and also the light up ‘LOVE’ letters which looked amazing. We also chose to have the ‘Dancing on the Clouds’ for our first dance which our guests thought looked amazing.
Mark didn’t spend the day stuck behind his DJ booth, he was really part of the day interacting with us, our guests and other members of the “team”. When it came to the evening party Mark didn’t disappoint, mixing up a whole range of music to suit every age group and taste also throwing in many of the tracks we had given him on a play list to keep our guests dancing all night.
After our first Skype call we knew Mark would fit perfectly on our wedding team hosting the entertainment . His depth of experience, professionalism, sincerity, and sense of humour clearly separated Mighty Fine Events from other suppliers.
He went above and beyond when planning our event including a site visit to Goodwood House and even having the light up letters made for us at short notice. Selecting music by decades and top 200 hits using the online events pages worked well and it was easy for our guests to request songs too.
The room looked truly stunning with the glitter ball, lighting and light up letters. The dance floor was packed the whole night with our international wedding guests going crazy. He managed to blend a huge variety of music including songs for the children, Spanish flamenco and German ballards. It was never too much trouble for Mark to come and find us if he needed to check something with us which we really appreciated.
We had an amazing time so thank you very much. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about the brilliant party!
Mark created a brilliant atmosphere at our wedding, he played all the songs we asked for and many more, and best of all he kept a close eye on everything going for example when the caterers didn’t do as they were asked. He also gathered the guests for the first dance, last couple of songs and when we cut the cake. I couldn’t recommend him enough, well worth the money!
A huge thank you for DJing at our wedding party. Everybody had a fantastic time and we’ve both had great compliments on how good the music was!!
You did a great job from introducing us as a married couple right until the final dance of the night, it really was first class!! The dance floor and light up letters looked brilliant!!

From our very first meeting with Mighty Fine Events we knew that they had to be involved in our wedding as we didn’t want less than perfect. Our DJ Mark went above and beyond throughout the planning of the wedding and on the day.
When booking with Mighty Fine Events, you get so much more than a DJ, they were a great source of support and offered advice on their experience of weddings.
They have a fantastic online personal events planning page, which allowed us with ease to select songs and even invite friends to be involved in the selection of the songs for the day! I felt more relaxed knowing that Mighty Fine Events were involved, as they were organising the lighting, the setting up of microphones, a fantastic DJ booth and disco lights that suited our wedding theme with a number of different options that were given to us to suit the vision that we had. It all really paid off, I gave our DJ the itinerary for the day and I was overwhelmed by how proactive Mighty Fine were, playing fantastic music but also being the Master of Ceremonies!
My now husband and I, along with family and friends filled the dance floor until our memorable finale song was played. We will treasure these fantastic memories and Mighty Fine Events played a tremendous part in making these memories so special.

We wanted to say a huge thank you to you for the incredible part you played in our wedding – from setting up the most incredible lighting (the dancefloor looked fabulous, the glitter ball was a HUGE hit, the uplighters were amazingly good), to getting everyone dancing by the end of the night, and being there to keep general calm when I arrived!
You were such a big part of the day, whilst also “just” being part of an incredible team – nothing seemed too much trouble and you always kept our thoughts top of mind – it really did help make it so special and thought about. A massive thank you to Mark for helping make our wedding celebrations so special. We had a magical time of it and an amazing party- helped very much by the first class sound and lighting skills of Mark. From our first meeting with Mark, we knew we could expect a great evening event. Amidst all the many stresses of the wedding plans there were a few people who stood out and made things really easy and also fun- Mark was one of those. Nothing was ever too much and his genuine love of music and strong desire to ensure we had an amazing time, shone through from the outset. He managed to source even our most obscure music requests. It also helped hugely that he knew the venue and staff so well- he was able to help with planning beyond just the music and offered invaluable advice on all aspects of the reception details. Our live musician commented that it was one of the most enjoyable gigs he’d done……because Mark did all the hard work for him!

What can I say, nearly a month has passed and I can’t believe the wedding has been and gone. It was such a special day and I keep longing every second to be able to re-live it. A big thanks to Mark as the most relaxed and fun parts of the day were once the party got started – the music was fantastic and completely aligned to everything we wanted for our wedding party.
Mark went above and beyond adding the extra touches I had requested such as the gobo Disney Castle light projection to add that magical touch for the crazy Disney fan in me. Mark also managed to turn a YouTube Disney video into a romantic backdrop projection for our cake cutting/first dance.
Mark was very reassuring and had everything under control, even areas which were not directly his responsibility. Even at slight moments of stress when things ran over – time wise and photography wise – Mark was cool, calm and kept super-positive, which kept us happy and positive and reassured too.
It was a fantastic wedding and the music and Mark’s touches and wedding knowledge and expertise helped it go the extra mile! I only wish we could have the day all over again.

Mighty Fine Events was recommended to us by a friend, and it was without a doubt the best recommendation given to us. Our DJ Mark immediately put at us ease about our decision, showing great expertise and more importantly for us, passion in his profession. He told us all the things to think about and took complete responsibility for ensuring every aspect of the music throughout our wedding day was perfect. He was a joy to work with; professional, reliable, committed and unbelievably talented. We had several people explicitly comment on his technical expertise. Not only was Mark’s DJing faultless from a technical standpoint, he was also incredibly friendly to all the guests, and knew how to work a room. My favourite comment from one of our guests was : “I only got up to dance to one song that I liked, and before I knew it I realised Id been dancing for over an hour. ”. The dancefloor was never empty. If we ever throw a ten year anniversary party we will be straight on the phone to Mark.
Sorry this has taken us a while – it’s been a hectic few months for us since the wedding as I’m sure you can imagine!
We just wanted to say thank you so much for everything you did to help make our wedding day such a special occasion for us both. From the very beginning you were such a help and were happy to assist us with anything we needed – from music, to lighting, to use of your microphone and speaker systems during the speeches, you really did have everything we needed to make sure our big day went smoothly!
We loved the background music that you played throughout the wedding breakfast, and the room looked amazing thanks in no small part to the uplighters which you supplied.
As for the evening reception…wow! We really couldn’t have wished for a better evening, and all of our guests have told us what an amazing time they had, so thank you so much for really getting the party started – a few of our friends are getting married soon and they were all keen to find out who we used as our DJ!
The dancefloor was full all night, and we loved your choice of tracks – you managed to find something to suit everybody, without straying from the genres and themes that we had discussed when we met you. The online song requesting system is a brilliant idea!
The lighting and mirror ball were fab as well, and there was a great atmosphere (even including a mass dance-off!) which was down in no small part to your excellent DJ’ing!
